What To Expect Next - Spring Season 2023
The Spring 2022 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails and texts containing important information. Due to this being a mass email system, please add us to your safe-senders list and frequently check your filters to confirm messages aren't directed to your junk mail, spam, or clutter. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league experience for everyone. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. Spring registration opens March 1st, and closes April 1st, After the registration deadline, late registration is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full we will build a wait list and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come - first served basis. A $25.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration. |

GAME DAYS:LEAGUES BEGIN APRIL 15th/16th.ALL LOCATIONS PLAY ON Saturdays.
Louisville: Jefferson County Recreation Department's - Saturdays only
Wadley: Wadley Recreation Department-Saturdays only
IMPORTANT DATES:
March 1st: Spring registration begins
April 1st: Registration closes, last day for guaranteed placement on a team. Late registration is based upon availability.
April 2nd- April 8th: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
April 11th: All rosters and schedules will be posted no later than April 11th.
Week of April 11th: Player's jersey, flags, and optional equipment purchased at registration will be arriving.
Wednesday, April 13th, 8:00pm: Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting online, for all coaches and managers, all locations. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball prior to the season start. *Head Coaches: To receive our Play Free Promo you must attend meeting.*
April 15th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time and location posted by April 11th under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS on landing page. Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. You will receive your jersey and flags!
April 16th: 1st Day of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. Picture Days begin. Check your league location picture schedule under Schedules/Standings,
May 28th/29th: Bi-week off - Memorial weekend
June 11th: Last game day of the season. Final Games - follow posted schedule, Championship game berths and times are based upon season standings and will be posted by June 8th.
June 18th/19th: League make-up date. Usage of this date is determined in advance by QENFLFLAG Management.
EQUIPMENT:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flags, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration, will be given to you during your meet and greet day on April 15th . Your player must have a mouth guard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase at the Game Day Tent for $5.
*Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practice & games. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit players' hands or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats, athletic shoes or sneakers.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH? We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting on April 13th. You should hear from your coach no later than April 15th.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOLS? Please visit here to read about our safety initiatives to protect your family this season.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT? Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
